Anti-piracy program
At GZ Digital Media, a.s. we work hard to fight piracy and to protect the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of our customers. That’s why we recently joint the Content Data & Storage Association (CDSA) Anti-Piracy Compliance Program. We installed procedures to ensure that we will not produce products that violate anyone’s IPR while at the same time produce for true owners of IPR without delays and burdensome paperwork.
Joining the CDSA program also means that we may consult applicable governing bodies (i.e., IFPI, BSA, OSA) concerning intellectual property rights ownership. In such consultation we shall disclose only that information necessary to determine the ownership of the intellectual property at issue.
